- Pat the chicken dry. Toss with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Simmer 1–2 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve warm. Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
