Ingredients
  

Chicken salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice plus zest if you want
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste
To assemble
  • 4 tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups lettuce

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt (or mayo), lemon juice, and Dijon.
