Ingredients
  

Flatbread Melts
  • 2 flatbreads naan or flatbread
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet if desired.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce.
  3. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken over the flatbreads, then top with mozzarella and red onion.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
  6. Top with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Tip: Bake the flatbreads directly on the oven rack for the last minute if you want extra-crispy edges.
