Ingredients
  

Naan Melts
  • 4 mini naan breads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing for drizzling
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan if desired.
  2. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until coated.
  3. Place the naan on the sheet pan and divide the buffalo chicken evenly over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella over each naan.
  5. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly crisp.
  6. Drizzle with ranch and finish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Tip: Use rotisserie chicken to make this even faster.
