- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the roasted red peppers, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is warm and smooth.
- Add the drained ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
- Finish with black pepper and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Tip: Save a splash of pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
