- Bring the broth to a simmer in a medium pot.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, until just tender.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until softened.
- Stir in the milk and white cheddar until the cheese melts into the broth.
- Finish with black pepper and serve hot.
Notes
Tip: Add extra broth if you want a looser, soupier bowl.
