- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Reserve 1/3 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Meanwhile, cook the sliced sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard, honey, heavy cream, and reserved pasta water.
- Add the peas and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked pasta and black pepper and toss until coated. Serve warm.
Notes
Tip: Add extra pasta water if you want a silkier sauce.
