- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
- Meanwhile, stir melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Toss hot chicken bites in the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
- Top with parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
Don’t crowd: A single layer gives you the best crisp edges.
Swap: Chicken thighs work great—add 1–2 minutes if needed.
Leftovers: Refrigerate up to 3 days. Re-crisp in the air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
