Ingredients

Chicken
  • 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
Garlic Parmesan Toss
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan plus more to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
  4. Air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  5. Meanwhile, stir melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  6. Toss hot chicken bites in the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
  7. Top with parsley (optional) and serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t crowd: A single layer gives you the best crisp edges.
Swap: Chicken thighs work great—add 1–2 minutes if needed.
Leftovers: Refrigerate up to 3 days. Re-crisp in the air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
