- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add cream and broth. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan. Cook until spinach wilts and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta. Toss 1–2 minutes until heated through. Serve.
