- Mix tuna, mayo, mustard (optional), celery/pickles (optional), salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half the cheese, spread tuna mixture, add remaining cheese, then top with the second tortilla.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts. Slice and serve.

Notes:
Keep heat at medium so the tortilla browns before the cheese burns. Add tomato slices after cooking for a classic “tuna melt” vibe.
