- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sauté slaw mix for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook 20 seconds.
- Add drained noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss until glossy and coated, about 1 minute.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Tip: Keep noodles slightly undercooked so they stay springy after tossing in the hot skillet.
