8-Minute Skillet S'mores Dip

Ingredients
  

Dip
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter optional swirl
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
For Serving
  • 1 box graham crackers plus fruit or pretzels if you like

Equipment

  • Oven-safe skillet (8-inch)
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat the broiler and place an oven rack near the top.
  2. Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to an oven-safe skillet. Bake 2–3 minutes until the chocolate looks glossy and soft.
  3. Stir until smooth and spread into an even layer. Swirl in peanut butter if using.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows in a tight, even layer.
  5. Broil 30–90 seconds until marshmallows are toasted and golden (watch closely).
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers and other dippers.

Notes

Tip: Keep a close eye under the broiler—marshmallows brown quickly. For a thinner dip, use a 10-inch skillet.
