- Preheat the broiler and place an oven rack near the top.
- Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to an oven-safe skillet. Bake 2–3 minutes until the chocolate looks glossy and soft.
- Stir until smooth and spread into an even layer. Swirl in peanut butter if using.
- Top with mini marshmallows in a tight, even layer.
- Broil 30–90 seconds until marshmallows are toasted and golden (watch closely).
- Serve immediately with graham crackers and other dippers.
Notes
Tip: Keep a close eye under the broiler—marshmallows brown quickly. For a thinner dip, use a 10-inch skillet.
