Ingredients
  

Gnocchi Skillet
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi shelf-stable or refrigerated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add gnocchi in an even layer and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden in spots.
  3. Add garlic and cook 20 seconds.
  4. Add peas and cook 2 minutes until warmed through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then toss with Parmesan and serve.

Notes

Tip: Don’t crowd the pan—gnocchi browns best when it sits in a single layer.
