- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in berries.
- Scoop mixture evenly into muffin cups. Bake 18–22 minutes until set.
- Cool 10 minutes, then drizzle with almond butter if using.
