- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk again.
- Stir in flour, oats, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chunks. Press batter evenly into the pan.
- Bake 20–24 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Tip: Don’t overbake—pull the bars when the center still looks slightly soft for the chewiest texture.
