  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest optional
  • 1 pinch salt optional but recommended

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
  2. Stir cottage cheese with a pinch of salt and optional lemon zest.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese over warm toast.
