- In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan.
- Add the cooked chicken and toss until evenly coated.
- Fold in the chopped romaine.
- Open the pita halves and fill each one with the chicken mixture.
- Top with crushed croutons and the remaining Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Tip: Keep the croutons separate until serving so they stay crunchy.
