Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until just cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Optional: For thicker glaze, simmer the sauce in a small saucepan and whisk in cornstarch + water slurry for 1–2 minutes.
- Toss hot salmon bites with the glaze until coated.
- Finish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve right away.
Notes
Don’t overcook: Salmon bites cook fast—start checking at 7 minutes, especially if pieces are small.
Swap: Use maple syrup instead of honey, or add sriracha for spicy-sweet salmon.
Storage: Refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat gently (air fryer 350°F for 2–3 minutes) to avoid drying out.
