Ingredients
  

Crumb Base
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping thawed

Method
 

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and divide the mixture between 6 dessert cups. Press lightly into the bottoms.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, mango puree, lime juice, and lime zest. Beat until creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the filling into the cups and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Tip: Top with diced mango or extra lime zest just before serving for a fresher finish.
