Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss chicken and veggies with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread everything on the sheet pan in an even layer.
- Bake 18–22 minutes, stirring once, until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Finish with lemon juice if using. Serve warm.
