Ingredients

Vanilla Chia Pudding
  • 2 cup milk any kind
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup plus more to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Maple Cinnamon Apples
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
To Layer
  • 1 cup granola add right before eating for crunch

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Small skillet

Method

  1. Whisk milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumps. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  4. Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring, until apples are tender. Cool slightly.
  5. Layer chia pudding and apples in jars. Add granola right before serving.

Notes

Tip: Whisk twice (right away and after 5 minutes) for the smoothest chia pudding texture.
