Method
- Whisk milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Let sit 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumps. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
- Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring, until apples are tender. Cool slightly.
- Layer chia pudding and apples in jars. Add granola right before serving.
Notes
Tip: Whisk twice (right away and after 5 minutes) for the smoothest chia pudding texture.
